Welcome to Special Articles

Some of these articles are reconstructed and enhanced with color images not available at time of original publication. Others are longer pieces that would require too many pages in the printed publication. Each one will be either on its own web page or offered as a PDF.

Contributor Jeff Dugdale

Several of these PDFs were written and provided by Jeff Dugdale (d. August 2021), retired high school English teacher who lived in Scotland. He wrote for several philatelic publications including STAMP Magazine, Gibbons Stamp Monthly (GSM), Stamp & Coin Mart, and the Scottish Stamp News. We are indebted to Jeff for sharing his research and writing skills with the readers of the JAPOS News Bulletin.
